Dion Admits To Propping Up the Conservatives, And, The Liberals May Return to Being An Opposition Party

Today in the Globe & Mail, Dion admits to propping up the Conservatives and hints that the Liberals may return to being an actual opposition party; that they will instead consider each vote on its on merit, including those related to a budget.

It's about time. I want my Canada back, please. Sooner than later.

How is it that Canada has come to love Bush (through Harper) just as America has increasingly learned to hate him?

OK, I know it's just 32% who'd vote Conservative according to some recent poll, but that scarcely matters when the opposition doesn't unite to oppose.

Yes, interesting point. Well, as the final results of my latest poll show, the majority (8/14) either like what Harper is doing, or want to sit around doing nothing while Harper ruins Canada. Go figure.

I'm still trying to understand why Canada has minority governments. Most countries with parliamentary systems have coalition governments.

Sometimes Canada is so mysterious to me.
